CRITERIA FOR LANGUAGE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF THE ORAL LANGUAGE IN PRIMARY EDUCATION REGULAR CLASSROOMS FOR THE ATTENTION TO LANGUAGE DIVERSITY AND GENERAL.
